Food trucks, tents, restaurants, independent chefs, caterers, beverage, packaged goods, and cultural goods.
- Proposed booth fees: Standard $300 · Premium $500 · Featured $750
- Application → story/quality review → conditional approval → permits & insurance → signed agreement
- Each food vendor generally needs its own Salt Lake County temporary food permit
- Approval stays conditional until health documentation is verified
Artists & performers
Local talent first
Music, dance, cultural performance, and spoken word with paid slots for local artists.
- Contracts cover fee, rider, rain, and media rights
- ACE-funded vs commercially funded slots coded separately if grant-awarded
- Target: 10+ cultural performances year one

Community & culture
Cultural organizations and neighborhood groups for programming authenticity, language access, and community review. We only name partners with written permission.

Zone & title packages
Illustrative ranges: Title ~$25k · zone packages $2.5k–$10k · community $1k. Written deliverables only; no lead sharing without opt-in.
Volunteers
40–70 event-day roles
Gates, info, Taste Passport, family zone, artist hospitality, waste, accessibility assist. Shift meals, briefing, and printed run-of-show provided.

How production opens
- Oct 2026 — Grant & feasibility; ACE filing window
- Nov–Dec 2026 — Funding, insurance path, sponsor pipeline
- Jan–Mar 2027 — Venue contract, culinary partners, working budget
- Apr–May 2027 — Vendor/talent applications; portal live
- Jun–Aug 2027 — Public campaign, permits, final readiness
- 11 Sep 2027 — Inaugural festival
